About the Artist and Founder
Yonel Joassaint is truly a unique character from the inside out. He has 12 fingers and he believes that we are one, everything is interrelated and (there's a natural mystic blowing through the air) like sang Bob Marley. His deep appreciation for art began over a decade ago when he was at the lowest point of his life. Throughout his ordeals, he learned and strived to live by the words of the philosopher Plato, who had said: be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.
He wrote in Nature Has Everything In Place:
"To philosophize I should try.
It teaches me to live and die.
To die's not the end of a guy.
It's an ability to fly."
